It’s a space for you to come every week and at the start of every season to dedicate space for YOU, first, so you can live with more self awareness, intention, and meaning.

When you feel like your life is swirling around you, constantly juggling the busyness of your schedule, your family and friend needs, your work projects and all the endless demands in your life, it’s understandable that your needs could end up on the back burner!
You might even crave some simple relief from what feels like a constant state of chaos.
And you know a big part of the answer is carving out some much needed you time. But it just feels so hard to make it happen on your own and honestly you wouldn’t even know how to begin!
Maybe you think back to the days when you used to have more moments to pause and catch your breath – when it all felt easier – but in this current season of life, you’re having a tougher time creating that extra space for you.

The Drop In is the space to connect with you!
It’s a time at the beginning of each week and each season to practice being present, mindful and intentional. It’s a time to connect back to your intentions and back to how you want to be. It’s a time to show up more for yourself, your work and your family. And rather than doing this alone, we get to do this in community to foster accountability and connection on a deeper level!
And because you’re busy, I got you!
The Drop In centers around both weekly and seasonal sessions.
The weekly Drop In sessions are simple 30 min live virtual calls every Monday morning, (10- 10:30am ET), that are meant to fit comfortably into your weekly routine. The seasonal Drop In sessions are 90 minutes, occur once per season (4x / year), and held in the late afternoon/early evenings.
Both the weekly and the seasonal sessions are intentionally designed this way, because creating space for you isn’t supposed to be so hard and shouldn’t take so much energy!
This space is for you to simply drop in, every week or whenever it works for you, without the guilt or shame of “not making it” that week. Yes we’d love to have you every week and know this space is here to work with your life!
We’ll meditate, journal, intention set and share. Sessions are intuitively led and change week to week with topics centered around mindfulness, self reflection, seasonal living, the holidays and topics the group brings.
The weekly sessions start with a topic and go into meditation or journaling and end with discussion around personal insights that come up for participants. The sessions change week to week and flow with the energy of the group. You’ll walk away with one golden nugget of nourishment for your week ahead.
The seasonal sessions are centered around learning about the sacred energy of the fall/winter/spring and summer seasons. We’ll focus on how to incorporate that energy into your life for a more attuned way of living, aligned with who you naturally are.

Hello hello, I’m your Drop In guide, Jennifer!
Not long ago, I was working in the corporate world of advertising, in the crazy hustle of NYC, incredibly overcommitted and feeling like I was running on a treadmill going faster and faster every single day.
I had worked so hard to get to this place in my career and was hiding the fact that I was silently struggling. Everyone thought I had “completely together!”
But really I had no idea how to juggle it all. I had so many work projects to manage, teams and clients to keep happy, friends and family to get back to and felt that the demands were just piling up with no end in sight. I was lucky if I could squeeze in a date!
I dabbled in the practice of mindfulness and at times even had a daily routine. But, without fail, when work and life got busy, my own practices were the first thing to go.
After one incredibly overwhelming day, I realized I had it all backwards! I was trying to juggle everything while running on empty, instead of filling up my own cup first!
That was a major turning point. From that day forward, I implemented a non-negotiable soul care routine, and doubled down when my life was swirling around me!
And here’s what happened next. The demands of life didn’t change, but I certainly did!
Dedicating time to drop into myself, was the secret key that helped me create way more energy and be able to roll with the crazy punches in a way I never had before.
Now I support high achieving women to do this daily! I’ve learned how to create my “pinch me” life by connecting with myself first. And for the last 4 years I’ve helped women do the same to create unapologetic confidence and the success they’ve been chasing for far too long.

When we deny ourselves of that space to tap into ourselves, it’s so easy to let external validation, other people’s opinions and society pressures inform VERY important decisions we make.
It’s a gift to give yourself space to connect to you and even more of a gift to be with other amazing women who are doing the same thing in community.

What It Is:
This is the space for you to “Drop In” to yourself every week and seasonally or simply when it works for you! We’ll be creating something different every single session, inviting you to take one beautiful nugget of nourishment away with you each time. We’ll be meditating, journaling, intention setting and kicking off the week and the seasons together!
The Weekly Sessions Schedule:
We meet Monday 10-10:30am ET via Zoom
Note: throughout the year we’ll take occasional Mondays off for holidays + vacations (We’ll meet for ~40 sessions a year!)
The Seasonal Sessions Schedule:
We’ll create 90 min Drop Into Your (Fall/ Spring/ Winter/ Summer) each season to attune your own energy to the energy of each season. Dates and times to come.

The Drop In Community is open to women who see themselves as passionate high achievers who want to feel more grounded, present and intentional and connect with other like-minded individuals.

Live attendance is always encouraged, as that’s when we’re most present. For those who can’t join the weekly calls live, a recap email will be sent out so you can Drop In on your own! All longer seasonal calls will be recorded.
